An award winning artist taking his inspiration from a wide range of subjects,Chick has exhibited extensively since 1975 when he graduated from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art.
Chick was Gallery Director of The Harbour Gallery,Irvine from 1978-81 during which time he introduced a summer school, international exchange and the idea for artists’ studios in the area.
Chick taught at St.Andrew’s Academy/Ardrossan Academy throughout the eighties and nineties and is now principal teacher of art in Greenwood Academy .
