Born Glasgow and studied part-time at Glasgow School of Art. Exhibits regularly at the Royal Glasgow Institute, Royal Scottish Academy, Paisley Art Institute and galleries throughout Scotland. He has also exhibited in Paris, Brussels, Hong Kong and New York. His work is found in many corporate and private collections including that of HRH Duke of Edinburgh. He won the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons Award in 1997. Lives in Ayrshire.
