Peter Foyle
Originally from Dorset, Peter graduated from St. Martin’s in London in 1986 and was a finalist that year in the Reader’s Digest Young Illustrator’s Award.
After graduating, he worked as a freelance artist and illustrator until 1990 when he and his wife opened The Framework Gallery in Troon.

He has painted since his early school days and his ability to capture light in his work has prove popular with the many visitors to the gallery.
|
|
|
|
Peter works mostly in oils and his love of tone and colour is evident in his paintings.
In 2003 one of is paintings was accepted by the Royal Glasgow Institute of Fine Arts for its 142nd exhibition.
