	Ronnie Russell Ronnie was born in Aberdeen and has spent most of his life in Troon. After spending many years in the design industry, he is now a self-employed artist, illustrator and cartoonist. His love of humour is brought out in his specialised character cards – a favourite for birthdays, anniversaries etc.

He specialises in acrylic and watercolour paintings and exhibits in many galleries throughout Scotland, including The Anderson Gallery, Eaglesham, The Annan Gallery, Glasgow, The Ardshiel Gallery, Arran, The Framework Gallery, Troon, The Riverside Gallery, Inverness, Scotlandart.com, Giffnock and The Waverley Gallery, Prestwick.

Ronnie regularly exhibits in a number of joint exhibitions including the Dunkeld Summer Show and Paisley Art Institute and he has held three solo exhibitions of his work at Culzean Castle.

Ronnie’s work is also in many private collections.
